Check

A quick scan of every space. Not a deep dive — just enough to see the current state. What’s drifted? What’s out of place? What’s asking for attention? This takes minutes when it’s done consistently.

Address

Anything out of place goes back where it belongs. Not later — now, while you’re already in it. This is the step that prevents the small drift from becoming the big overwhelm. A few minutes of addressing saves hours of overhauling.

Log

Note anything that needs attention beyond a quick fix — what’s running low, what needs replacing, what’s no longer working. Your system is only as good as your ability to maintain it, and logging keeps you ahead of the gaps before they become problems.

Maintain

Protect the rhythm. The Calm Reset Method™ only works when it’s consistent — not perfect, but regular. Daily for high-traffic spaces. Weekly for everything else. The habit is the system, and the system is what keeps the calm.
