I’ve been a professional organizer in Houston since 2009. In that time, I’ve worked in hundreds of homes across The Heights, Bellaire, West U, Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, and most of Greater Houston. I know how homes function here — the storage limitations in older builds, what our climate does to garages and closets, and what happens when a homeowner moves into a space that wasn’t set up for how they actually live.
I’m looking for long-term partnerships with realtors, builders, and designers who care about what happens to a home after they’ve done their part.

Realtors
The most stressful part of a home purchase isn’t the closing — it’s the three weeks after. Your buyers are drowning in boxes, the closets are already overflowing, and the dream home feels chaotic before they’ve even settled in.
I offer pre-listing decluttering and staging support, post-sale move-in organization, and complimentary consultation packages you can include as a closing gift. Referral fees are available for ongoing partnerships.
The realtors I work with use me as the thing that makes their clients remember them six months after closing. Not the bottle of wine. The person who made the move actually work.
Builders
You hand over a thoughtfully designed home. The homeowner fills it with everything from their old one. Within weeks, the custom closets you specified are crammed wrong, the mudroom is a dumping ground, and the pantry is disorganized. Not because you designed it wrong — because nobody showed them how to use it.
I offer pre-handover consultations so the storage you built gets used correctly, move-in coordination for clients transitioning from older homes, and show home maintenance to keep model properties looking the way you intended. I also offer referral packages as a differentiator in your post-sale experience.
Designers
You spent months on this project. The reveal was everything you wanted it to be. Six weeks later, the client’s belongings have undone half of it.
That’s not a design failure. It’s the gap between a beautiful installation and a homeowner who doesn’t know how to maintain it. That’s the gap I close.
I offer post-design move-in services, closet and storage system organization that makes your custom solutions work in practice, and client maintenance guidance so the spaces you created stay the way you designed them. Trade pricing is available for ongoing collaborations.
