The Calm Home Reset
A fresh look at the spots in your home you've stopped seeing.
Book a 20-minute Mini Reset for one Trouble Zone, or a one-hour Intensive Edit for two to three. I look at your space with you on video, and you leave knowing what to fix first.
- Live on video
- One client at a time
- Stay in your own space
Most of us stop seeing the problems in our own homes. They've been there so long that they became part of the scenery.
You work around it every day.
You learn to work around things. You build a private map of a house that doesn't quite work, and you get so good at using that map that the underlying problem stops feeling like a problem.
That's the Clutter Friction Tax™ at work. You pay it every day, and you forgot you were paying.
This has nothing to do with willpower, or being "bad" at organizing. I do this for a living, and I did it too. I was living with broken fridge shelves I no longer noticed, plus a cabinet stuffed with spare risers. When I finally fixed them, the fixes were small and cheap, and they gave me real capacity back.
Start with one zone, or take a deeper look
A Trouble Zone is a spot in your home that costs you time, space, or energy, and that you've stopped seeing. You choose the zones that frustrate you most, and I tell you exactly what to fix first.
The Calm Home Mini Reset
- Live 20-minute video call
- One Trouble Zone of your choice
- A clear answer on what to fix first
- Choose your zone when you book
The Calm Home Reset Intensive Edit
- Live 60-minute video walkthrough
- Two to three Trouble Zones
- A written priority list, in order
- Choose your zones when you book
Zones can be rooms, like a kitchen or a bedroom, or spots, like a closet, a garage, or a desk.
Three simple steps
Before the call
You book your time and tell me your Trouble Zone or zones. I meet you on video.
During the call
We walk through your zone or zones together. I point out what's costing you, and we talk about what matters most to you.
After the call
After the Mini Reset, you know what to fix first. After the Intensive Edit, I send you a written priority list, in order.
You won't have to guess where to start, and you won't have to fix everything at once. You'll know what comes first, what comes next, and what can wait.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- Something in your home feels off, and you can't say what.
- You've been working around the same problems for a long time.
- You want someone who has done this for years to look at your space and tell you where to begin.
It's not for you if
- You want me to organize your home for you.
- You want a review of every room.
- You're looking for a self-paced course.
These are short calls and a plan. The fixing is yours to do afterward.
I know where friction hides
I'm a Houston professional organizer, and I've worked inside clients' homes for more than 13 years. I've seen the same patterns in home after home: the shelf that's been broken for months, the cabinet everyone opens with one hand and a sigh. I know where friction hides, because I've lived with my own.
Before you book
What do I need for the call?
A phone or tablet and a charged battery. That lets me see your space as we walk through it.
Do I need to clean first?
No. I want to see your home the way it really is.
How do I choose my Trouble Zones?
Pick the spots that frustrate you most. A zone can be a room, like a kitchen or a bedroom, or a spot, like a closet, a garage, or a desk.
What if I have more than three Trouble Zones?
Start with the ones that matter most. Your priority list will show you what to fix first, and if you'd like help with other zones, you can book again.
Which should I book, the Mini Reset or the Intensive Edit?
Book the Mini Reset if one spot is the problem. Book the Intensive Edit if you have two or three Trouble Zones, or if you want a written priority list.
What happens after the call?
You have your next steps to work from. If you'd like more help down the road, you can come back to me.
You've been paying the Clutter Friction Tax™ long enough.
Choose your reset, and let's take a look at how we can get you some relief.
